Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Read Rocket app ("the app") and this website, read.lorehex.co ("the site"), both operated by LoreHex ("we", "us").

The short version: the app collects no data at all, and the site only collects an email address if you choose to give us one.

1. The Read Rocket app collects no data.

The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. It does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any personal information — about you or your child. The app's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected."

2. Your child's progress stays on your device.

Lesson progress, stars, stickers, and profile information (such as a first name or buddy choice you enter) are stored locally on your iPad or iPhone only. They never leave the device. Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no copy and no way to access it.

3. Purchases are handled by Apple.

Subscriptions and free-trial status are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of that data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

4. Children's privacy.

Read Rocket is made for children ages 3–6, and we designed it so there is simply nothing to collect. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app contains no behavioral advertising and no external links reachable by a child (grown-up areas and purchases sit behind a parental gate).

5. This website.

The site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking. The only personal information it can collect is an email address you voluntarily submit through our form (for example, to receive our free printable books). We use that address to send you what you asked for and occasional updates about Read Rocket. We never sell or share your email, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted at any time, email us at support@lorehex.co.

6. Changes to this policy.

If we ever change our practices, we will update this page and the effective date above. Given that the app is built to collect nothing, we don't expect much to change.
